Slow Down

coffee

Taste the coffee
Feel its warmth
Coat your throat
Watch the steam
Rise from the mug
Smell the dark roast
Stop looking at the clock
Time is being wasted
When you’re rushing
Fool your senses
Into time stopping
Live in the simple moments
And slow down a little
